WORK 4 A LIVING

W4AL has been running job skills training centres since 2007, and they have developed a powerful curriculum that empowers the unemployed to not only find jobs, start businesses, but thrive in careers. They currently have 45 centres operating in 10 countries, and 80% of the students who graduate successfully from their programmes find employment, start their own businesses, or further their education.

LIFE LINK

Life Link is a non-profit Christian organisation providing counselling to birth parents facing an unplanned pregnancy. Their mission is to help both teens and adults with crisis pregnancies and to provide the emotional support needed through their journey. They offer help to anyone, irrespective of age, status, religion, race or circumstances and respect a woman’s right to choose at all times. They also offer pre- and post-adoption counselling and support. Life Link have opened a baby shelter called Jeremiah’s Hope which is a safe haven for abandoned or unwanted babies.

VICTORY 4 ALL

Victory 4 All Foundation Trust is a registered Public Benefit Organisation. The founders, a couple from the Netherlands, Johan and Astrid Vos, established Victory 4 All in 2003 when their hearts were broken at seeing the poverty of people, and children in particular, in the Jeffreys Bay and Humansdorp townships in the Eastern Cape. They have launched a playschool, primary school, special needs school, eight foster homes and a skills centre where they provide quality education and food in a loving environment. Their mission is to create a better future for children in these areas. Their exceptional team now consists of 80 local and international staff and volunteers whereby they serve around 650 children.

BOUNTIFUL GRAINS TRUST

Bountiful Grains Trust is a faith-based organisation out of which the Farming God’s Way sustainable farming resource and training methodology is extended internationally. Their vision is to equip the poor through the tool of farming God’s way, to help them move away from dependence on foreign aid and sustain themselves in a way that respects the land and increases yields exponentially. Established in 2007, the PBO is a non-denominational, non-organizational network of people who share the same passion – a deep sincere heart for helping and equipping the hungry to feed themselves and their families in a sustainable and profitable manner.

PEOPLE MATTER FOUNDATION

People Matter Foundation is a non-profit organisation established in 2019 to provide humanitarian support for people in distress after a disaster. The organisation exists to improve the quality of life of human beings through community welfare, disaster relief, social upliftment and hunger alleviation efforts within their communities. The PMF slogan “Every Life Matters, No Matter Who or Where They Are” encapsulates the values of this incredible organisation.

BETHANY HOUSE TRUST

Bethany House Trust is a child protection organisation. The Trust comprises a number of organisations involved in protecting and helping abused, neglected and vulnerable children within the Krugersdorp, Muldersdrift and Randfontein communities. Since 1998, Bethany House has taken in just over 10 000 children, providing them with a safe home, quality education, healthcare, and loving support.
The Trust provides residential care, statutory social services, victim empowerment, community development and sustainable livelihood care to children and youth.

FAMILY TRANSFORMATION MINISTRIES

Family Transformation International is an organisation whose purpose is to restore, equip and empower people and families to fulfill their purpose and impact their world. They have developed extensive resources over the years with marriage, family and individual wellness courses, books and other resources. FTI have a large footprint in South Africa and Kenya, specifically within the prisons in Kenya where their Men of Honour and Women of Peace courses have had extensive impact. They have witnessed significant success in gang-led townships and areas in South Africa.
